Tibetan singing bowls are one of the most powerful tools for gaining greater focus in the present moment. Physically, they help restore the natural frequency of each cell in the body, and mentally, they stimulate brainwaves, leading to a profound state of relaxation, thus helping you clear any energetic or emotional barriers.
This experience is designed to rebuild team spirit. Guests are invited to reflect on their current state, on the present moment, leaving aside the past and the future to engage with the “here and now”.
Forest Bathing, or “Shinrin-Yoku” in Japanese, consists of spending time in nature in order to improve one’s health, wellbeing and happiness, and alleviate stress.
Enjoy a meditative and contemplative art session, to stimulate creativity and reduce stress. By following the Zentangle method, an abstract drawing technique of repeating set patterns, you will reach a state of sheer pleasure and mental relaxation, leaving your worries behind.
