Plot situated in the medium areas of the estate, slightly inclined to the north.
The soil from Pago la Loma is basically a sandy soil blended with clay with a good capability to retain the water.

After several experiences in the previous vintages and, after the excellent maturation of the Merlot in this vintage we took the decision to make a separate bottling for this variety. The malolactic fermentation took place in new Allier oak barrels, of fine grain, medium toast. It then matured for 24 months.

A very versatile wine, soft and structured. Goes well with non-oily fish, red meats and bird game.
