The Pool Bar is a true poolside oasis. It is the perfect spot for a delicious light bite in the open air, or for an exquisite meal cooked on our special vine-shoot barbecue.
The bar offers striking views of the vineyards, as well as new flavours and sensations through its signature cocktail menu, featuring the estate’s own wine.
About Pool Bar
The Pool Bar’s menu features locally-sourced produce, including fine ingredients from the hotel’s own vegetable garden. Guests will savour the delicious salads, the vegetables cooked on an open fire and other exquisite food straight from the local market, as well as local delicacies such as suckling lamb or game meat. All of this is accompanied by the estate’s own wines, and other national and international varieties, as well as a range of refreshing cocktails.
The Pool Bar is open every day throughout the summer season. It is for the exclusive use of hotel guests.
