- Various experiences will come about, depending on the time in barrel.
- How the wine evolves in the bottle will only be evaluated when the wood’s aromas become infused.
Key aspects:
- The aim is to create a wine like the one made by the Premonstratensian monks at Abadía Retuerta, from the 12th century onwards.
