Everyone knows about the relaxing effects of yoga and water, as well as their therapeutic benefits. By combining the two, we get an activity that will relax you, reinvigorate your mind and body, refresh you and entertain you. All of that in a single activity! Not bad, right?
Class held in the water in our heated indoor pool. Yoga, mindfulness and relaxation will be combined.
The activity will involve stretches adapted to all levels.
