Description

It is a reflection of the potential of the Tempranillo in our different terroirs. Combines the selection of the best Tempranillo of property, different soils, limestone in the upper, clay pebble part of the lower and middle sandy slope, after undergoing testing, make the plots are chosen more rich in phenolic compounds.

The alcoholic fermentation takes place at 30 ° C, the duration of the maceration of about 28 days. The wine spends 18 months in French oak barrels from Limousin, coarse-grained (more porous, therefore evolves well with tannic wines).
