Cuvée Palomar 2021 0,75L

Cuvée Palomar embodies a vast wealth of knowledge and experience. It is the result of the patience and dedication. This wine is a symbol of sheer elegance, with its own unique sensibility and a striving for perfection.
Cuvée Palomar faithfully reflects all the grandeur of the region’s traditional grape varieties, their qualities, as well as their superb adaptation to the new climate conditions of the area.
Today’s aims are the same as yesterday’s: to create an assemblage. This wine features the estate’s best varieties in terms of quality, complexity, acid balance and maturity

This wine, with great character, is made entirely of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After nearly thirty years, this variety is almost perfectly adapted to the unique enclave of the Pago Valdebellón, with its chalky soil that benefits from the particular microclimate in the highest part of the estate.
The result is a wine of a dark and intense colour, exuding a fresh, delicate air of sweet spices, exotic fruits and mineral aromas. Its persistent bouquet of redcurrant and shrubs accentuates the potential of the variety. Overall, it is a complex and generous wine that has become well-known and recognised as the best Cabernet Sauvignon in Spain.

Petit Verdot 2021 0,75L

The Petit Verdot, the most exotic of all the Bordeaux grapevines, forms the basis of this unique and surprising wine. A meticulous selection is made, in carefully balanced proportions, to create an outstanding singlevarietal wine with real verve. The particular terroir of its vines, with mostly sandy soils, as well as its subsequent resting in the barrel, is what makes it quite so exquisite. 
Firm-bodied and well-structured, it has a long finish, both silky and warm. It was made in an exclusive, select production run. An authentic wine, which will further improve over the years to reach its full potential.

Pago Garduña 2021 0,75L

Pago Garduña is made exclusively with Syrah, a variety that has adapted perfectly to Abadía Retuerta’s terroir, creating a special, unique wine. It is grown in predominantly chalky, white and luminous soils, in a plot low down on the estate, surrounded by pine trees to protect the grapes from the wind.
This evocative red is the epitome of elegance and subtlety. It was produced in a limited run, and is bound to enchant all those who love Syrah. A timeless wine, with increasing expressiveness and refined maturity.
