Wine salt
Fruit of our ongoing research was the revival of an antique 16th century recipe: wine salt. Aromatised with spices, sea salt obtained at the French Island of Ré, absorbs the aromas of our wines, endowing any dish with a surprising taste and colour.
Aguardiente
After years of testing, we have finally managed to get a high quality Aguardiente. Its peculiarity is that it is a distillation of wine, not marc, and that has not been made from white grapes, but from a red grapes variety as Syrah, which gives an intense aroma. With a fully natural production process, it has not additives.
Its production is limited to only 500 bottles a year.
